Machining to finished parts

Differential bevel gears and transmission components are normally processed ready-for-assembly. The efficiency of our machining processes is complemented by specially developed clamping and locating technologies, automated processing stations and world-class carburisation and hardening processes.

We use modern hard-broaching and hard-turning technologies for components with very tight tolerances.
